Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Artisanal Candle Co, we want you to love every candle you receive. If for any reason you need to cancel an order or request a refund, we’re here to help! Please read our policy below for details.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at artisanalcandlestudio@gmail.com or call us at +91 9518779868 as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the items for a refund. Please see our return policy below for details.
Returns and Refunds
- Eligibility: We accept returns on unused candles in their original packaging within 2 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at artisanalcandlestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. (Subject to conditions)
- Return Process: We only accept damaged or defective candles under certain circumstances.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used candles or candles not in their original packaging
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our candles. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at artisanalcandlestudio@gmail.com. Include a photo of the damaged product, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon.
Subscription Cancellations
If you are enrolled in our subscription service, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at Artisanalcandlestudio@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
